Almost all high-end road and mountain wheels have straitpull hubs. The reason is a more direct load on the spoke which adds strength and stiffness to the wheel. All of our hubs are 100% CNC machined from 6066 aluminum and our bearing bores are machined in one operation which ensures perfect axle/bearing fit and eliminates the need for threaded endcaps. We use high quality Revo bearings in all of our hubs. Since Remix rims and spokes are exceptionally strong and stiff, fewer spokes are required. Our Pro and Expert wheels use 32h hubs and our Junior and Mini wheels use 24h. The Mini wheels have a special radial lace straitpull hub.
